Development is primarily responsible for the recruitment of new members and internal development. This area manages the recruitment process, implements volunteer recognition programs, organizes the fall and spring retreats, and helps facilitate transition for new board members.
The Development Committee meetings are Thursday at 5:15pm in the IUB Office (227 Illini Union).
