Arts promotes artistic expression, development, and appreciation on campus. The Arts committee manages the Illini Union Art Gallery, sponsors art competitions, hosts the IUBazaar winter craft sale and Mom’s Day Craft Fair, and books local student performers. Recent events include a Battle of the Bands and
the Homegrown Talent Show.
The Arts Committee meetings are Thursday at 5:00pm in the IUB Office (227 Illini
Union).
